Launching Exhibition Report API
At Aislelabs, we believe reporting is the backbone of data-driven decision-making, offering insights needed to refine strategies and achieve measurable outcomes. We understand that reporting turns raw data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth and innovation and hope to empower our users with the tools they need to make informed decisions confidently.
Last year, we launched the Exhibition Report API. This feature provides seamless access to detailed footfall and engagement data, empowering businesses to analyze attendee behavior and measure event success with precision. With this new API, users can access real-time, actionable reports easily.
Enhance Security
At Aislelabs, we prioritize security as an essential element of our products. This update strengthened the Aislelabs platform’s security, particularly regarding password requirements.
We continually work to update our policies, and with this improvement, our password strength functionality aligns with our current standards. While setting up a password, users will notice specific password strength requirements. A user will not be able to proceed if the password they set does not meet these requirements.
Ability for customers to configure SMS Gateway
With this update, users can easily select an SMS gateway from the list of pre-built gateways. We also provided an option to add configuration details. You can see this option under “Organization Settings”. Our goal is to make it simple for users to select, add, or modify SMS gateway settings as needed.
Enhanced SMS Rate Control
Over the course of last year, we introduced SMS gateways and made several improvements around it. We’re continued to build on those features with this update, which includes a new rate limit functionality for sending OTPs.
Users can now specify the amount of time someone must wait after entering an incorrect OTP before being allowed to request a new one, adding an extra layer of control and security to the process. This enhancement helps prevent abuse and ensures a smoother user experience.
Improve Email Deliverability
We continue to boost and improve our email deliverability capabilities. We recognized that email deliverability is a vital factor in the success of any email marketing campaign, and maintaining a high deliverability rate is essential.
For this update, we collaborated closely with our partners to understand and identify how we could improve email campaigns. One key recommendation – which is a best practice in campaign design – was to stagger email sending over time rather than sending them all at once. We’ve incorporated the recommendations and provided the options to all our users.
When creating a new email campaign and selecting the “specific date” campaign type, you will see a checkbox at the bottom. If selected, this option will stagger the sending of your emails over a certain period. If left unchecked, all emails will be sent immediately.
As we continue to innovate and enhance our platform, our focus remains on delivering solutions that empower businesses to operate more efficiently and make data-driven decisions with confidence.
