Which property types are included this month?  

We launched with Mixed-Use properties in December and we’re excited to expand into Hotels starting this month. 

How do I get access to the data? 

It’s still the same! We update our data on a monthly basis.  
 
You can click on the links above, or simply browse our Download section, select the property type you’re interested in—such as Mixed-Use or Hotels—and download it for instant email delivery.  
 
Our data is segmented by property type, so if you’re interested in Mixed-Use and Hotels, you’ll need to download each one separately. 

What kind of data is included?  

Each updated file includes the following:  

• Location (e.g. Country, State/Province, City)  

• Property Details (e.g. Property Type, Property Name, Property Website)  

• Developer Information (e.g. Developer Name, Developer Website)  
   

We aim to provide this valuable data—typically worth thousands of dollars—completely free of charge.
